Return Policy

We accept returns on most products within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return:

Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via our Return Page or contact us directly.
Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with original packaging and all included materials (manuals, warranty cards, etc.).

Return Guidelines:

You are responsible for shipping costs to return the item.
If you use our return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
Items returned without original packaging or missing contents are subject to a restocking fee.
Returns without an RMA may be delayed or denied.

Restocking Fees May Apply:

Standard returns: 20% restocking fee
Refused deliveries or carrier-returned packages: 20–50%
Custom order cancellations: Non-refundable, except in rare, delayed-delivery cases (>120 days)
